M1s at Pueblo, CO

Please forgive me if this has been addressed before. It appears to be a wrecked M1 on the ground at the Transportation Technology Center in Pueblo, CO. Coordinates are 38 26 38.0N 104 17 25.9W.

some pictures are 3 to 6 years old, but yes several cars went to Pueblo's TTC for crash testing

If Conductors are in charge, why are they promoted to be Engineer???
