Saw this in the morning fishwrap, was wondering why service on Chestnut Hill West is delayed? Back ups into North Broad?

Chestnut Hill West has to crossover the entire corridor at grade to reach its branch so it has to wait for through travel in both directions to clear before it can get over.

The fire was near Ford tower, between Frankford Jct. and Frankford. So, why were Atlantic City Line trains also suspended?

I believe catenary and signal power may have been cut or tripped out as there was video of power lines arcing and transformer explosions in close proximity to the ROW.
