Rotem Cars Discussion (new bi-level cars)

Anybody know why the Rotem cab cars don't have bathrooms? They seem to have plenty of space on the No. 2 end and I don't see the reason why they excluded them

Cost. If the standard is one rest-room car per train, and there are enough to comply without the cabs having one, why spend the extra money?

1858 is in service. Not sure about 1856 or 1857.

1857 has tracking data from a Fairmount Line train a week ago on pantographapp.com, but it was most likely a mistake (maybe they accidentally set up tracking data), as it doesn't show up when you read through what pantograph shows what went on the Fairmount line.
