Alcoman- I have your email address and can send them to you. You used to be able to access the files if you were not a member, but that must have changed. Or I could post some of them here if enough people want to see them.

I don't personally have a water pump, but I might try the Alco Forum.
I've heard a few RS-3s have been put up for sale recently.
