The only way that would work, and this not really a thing, would be to hire someone to essentially build new cars with donor shells. You'd have new trucks, doors, glass, floors, seats, floorplan, hvac, and everything else. Picture taking a boxcar and turning it into a passenger car, and you have the general idea, but with the step of removing all this old crap out of the car.
