It would seem that this crash that left 41 bus passengers dead occurred on the 11 or 12 of October in southern Ukraine.

The loss of life is most important. However, can anyone identify the locomotives seen in the video? At first, I thought it was an emu with that large high headlight, but now it looks like a permanently-joined or articulated locomotive.
