Does anyone have info or details on working as a Conductor Trainee in Bakersfield, Ca? Currently in the process of hiring at this location, but I see that there is limited info to be found on this location. Im just looking for basic info as far as what to expect working here, what routes are served, and what jobs are most likely going to be available here. Any info would be helpful thanx.

Bakersfield had yard and road jobs. The main run is Bakersfield to Barstow via Tehachapi Pass.
Thank you for the information. Im in the process of hiring out to this location, and im trying to gather as much insight as possible. Does anyone know if this is a busy terminal? it seems like its a slow yard. Any other info would be great, thanks again.
