The 6-volume series of books describing Jersey Central's history in Pennsylvania is now complete. Coverage of the final era, 1947-1972 (the diesel era), has required two books, volumes V-A and V-B. The topics covered by each book are described below from their respective tables of contents. These books and the four earlier volumes in the series may be purchased from the Anthracite Railroads Historical Society, the Lehigh Valley Chapter NRHS, Ron's Books and The Model Railroad Shop (Piscataway, NJ).
