Seniority Swap

I'm interested in a seniority swap from Denver Service Unit, WY hub to UT Service Unit, SLC hub. My hire date 10/10. I've never been cut off in my time with UP. I understand there are still guys furloughed in SLC, but I'd gladly swap if I were able. If anyone is interested or has any advice I gladly welcome it. I figure I'd need to contact local chairs in both locales. Anyone have any contact info for local chairs in the SLC area? Thanks guys!
