Would it be too much to ask for shiny new ACSES equipped Maine Central and Boston & Maine heritage units?

Here are a couple of extremely zoomed photos from 12/2/23 of the Stony Brook tracks looking east of Wagon Rd Ayer toward the curve leading to PAS end of track at CPF-312. I'm guessing the new crossover in question will go someplace in here with hopefully some main track rehab?

It looks to me looks like improvements are being made at the Arrowhead trash unloading facility at Ayer. The area where the piggypacker works on the southernmost track appears to be freshly paved and it looks the northernmost 4th track (used for storage/staging) has been extended to the office.
