60 cars is not that much when you consider the goals of a clock face schedule of 30 min peak, 60 min off peak.

Based on the county GIS maps, it seems that retaining wall between the access road and the Quigley dealership may have been in the center of the ROW. Making any land immensely easier on the pair of dealerships to reactivate a ROW in that area.

Verb Hotel in Fenway if there’s no events going on. It’s a former Howard Johnson that’s been retro-renovated in the last decade, opened in 2015 IIRC.

The B721 would run the the east end of Beacon Park and via the Grand Junction to service Houghton Chemical and Everett. Traffic dwindled when PanAm and CSX made an agreement to handle those Everett cars & CSX was able to get closer to AYER. The whole track closings and utility of the east end of...

These Alstom cars, $5.69mil per car, at 80 ft long cost $71,153 per foot.

The 2014 MBTA Type 9’s are $4.91mil per car. Adjusted for inflation is $6.2mil per car. 74 feet of car is $66,411 per foot, and adjusted for inflation is $84.259 per foot.

Does anyone have a cost for the Kawasaki cars?
