My office, when they fully reopen does not expect everyone to be back to the office. Most people will just come in a day or 2 a week and work remotely the rest of the time. Everything is changing to communal desk and booking systems to book your spot and see if there is space before coming into the ...

https://www.nbcboston.com/investigations/lawmakers-want-answers-about-mbta-trolley-project-delay/2377577/ The project to restore 1940's era trolleys has been delayed by 2 years. Two shells remain sitting in a warehouse. The MBTA blames led paint for the delays in 2019 and COVID for the delays in 2020.

I have heard some estimates that ridership may not be back to pre-pandemic levels until 2024 at the earliest. COVID-19 has resulted in a cultural shift. It is now acceptable to work from home at many more businesses. Many of which will continue allow it post pandemic. Whether someone works from home...

I have always wondered about the Gensets. They are only 12 years old. But have been out of service much of the time I have lived in Salem and used the Commuter Rail since 2016. Are they lemons? They are sharp looking engines from the pictures I have seen of them. And I remember seeing them parked ou...
