There is an RS-36 (or maybe a rare low short hood RS-11) of possible D&H origin at the Martin Marietta Quarry in Junction City, GA. I was there in the spring and requested photography at the office, but was refused official permission. Can anyone provide information on this locomotive?

That RS-11 # 5011 is privately owned. It is X-D&H # 5011.

I'm pretty sure Ed Bowers bought all three alco at that site, now under VLIX reporting marks.

This is one of the RS-11s that filled in for the PAs on the Adirondack during the summer of '74 & '75, no? It would also be the only remaining member of its kind, would it not?
