Does Carpenter Technologies in Reading use any rail service? I was looking at Google maps and I don't see any sidings. It's hard to believe such a large plant only uses trucks.
I used to work there in the 90s, and I only ever saw a random stray gondola or two with scrap in the "back"... which is the River Road entrance on the east side of the river. I do know that that entrance was for trucks delivering material.
Looking at Google satellite maps, it looks like the track in the plant at that location still exists, but doesn't appear to be connected to the mainline anymore.
