Don't usually like to report unverified info but since its time sensitive I will, so take it as you decide to. Multiple reliable sources confirm UP 1995 on Q351. It was reported as by Rotterdam Junction at 23:30 leading. I tend to believe its leading since they turned the power today. The UP 1995 was facing EB upon arrival in Selkirk but was facing WB after servicing. I can not confirm its leading but it looks like a good chance it is.
