The picture shows CSX 7380 engine pulling a long train of empty auto cars west bound while CSX 5242 is pulling full auto cars east bound. Both trains moving fast. The picture was taken 2/23/2011 between (Bridge Street) Agawam and (Front Street) West Springfield Massachusetts. By the way, there is a fellow at this point at lunch time with a hot dog wagon, Doggie Heaven. A very nice fellow, he’s quite a train watcher. If you are in the area stop and introduce yourself. This point, where he sets up his wagon is at the west end of the West Springfield rail yards.
