Better than the 1987 website they used to have. Still dunno why they have an obtuse URL like "transitchicago.com". You can hear the conversation in the boardroom now:

"Lets take Chicago Transit Authority, drop authority, and then reverse the other words!"

"Great idea, Fred!"

"Sounds hip to me - young people love this internet machine thingy."

It's pretty slick, with a much better navigational feel than the last one. Would like to see some sort of "train tracker" feature added eventually...

www.cta.com belongs to Computer Technology Associates
www.cta.org belongs to California Teachers Association
www.cta.net belongs to Computer Training Academy

There's also yourcta.com, which mirrors the CTA's customer service phone number (1-888-YOUR-CTA).

cta.info seems to be held by business phone provider RCN, and chicagotransit.com (a more logical order, IMO) is one of those linklist quasi cybersquatters. The first doesn't seem to actually work, but there I found a site about web address ownership that listed it as so owned.
