Skokie overhead

Its been 15 some years since I last fanned on CTA in Chicago. At that time I rode the Skokie Swift which was a hi-bird 3rd rail/pantograph operation. Since that time I have only kept up with freight railroad happenings in Chicago

Today I saw this photo http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=282470 at Railpics.

And it appears the operation no longer has overhead. What is the story? Or are these not the correct cars?

New third rail was installed in 2004. A few months after the conversion was complete, the overhead was taken down and the pantographs were removed from the cars.
