I saw the Santa Express cruise past. It was southbound at Armitage on the local tracks. Consist was as expected, a flat with a sleigh bracketed by 3200's. No santa, maybe a test run? Oddest part was the rollsign with destination as "Santa Express". Also, the red marker lights were exchanged for flashing red/grn LED. I would've got pictures, but I forgot about the digital camera in my pocket...

That last close up shot of the 2008 edition of Santa's sleigh which includes a control board with toggles for "Santa light", "Lights", an intercom headset, and a red "Emergency Stop"...what else could a Santa need? Oh yes, there's a heater with switch.
