The press release says a "European style" market.

How is that different from an American style shopping mall?

Is it because one of the stores is French?

Right. And since it's also going to include a drugstore, plus a few restaurants, it'll pretty much be your average mall. Oh, and I've also seen the cop with the dog too; maybe the dog serves as an intimidation tool to keep the homeless folks from wandering too close to the construction area, although that's just a guess. But don't sweat it, it's our tax dollars at work... :wink:

Ha. What marketing B.S... Reminds me of how Ford called the wheels on the new Mustang "euro". Uh, dude, it's a Mustang. If people wanted euro, they sure as heck wouldn't buy a 'stang. But all marketers are liars - there's even a book by that name.
