When the next schedule change accurs for Metro North, will the third track be open & will more service added for the Harlem line.

In addition, will any of the West of Hudson coaches be pressed into service with the next schedule change & what lines will they be assigned to.

No, there won't be more trains in the area, but the service will be reconfigured to permit more direct trips from the Bronx to mid- and upper Harlem stations during peak hours. Most stations will end up with roughly the same number of trains, but the stopping patterns will be changed to reflect the operational flexibility gained by the third track.

The introduction of additional service was put on hold pending resolution of budget issues. When the money's there, the trains may be added.

My understanding is trains that use to turn at fleetwood will be exstended to Crestwood for the turn so Crestwood/Tuckahoe/Bronxville will see more trains.

There are lots of changes on the Harlem line in the new schedule. The train you are used to taking may have diffferent stops now and may also leave at a different time.
Load factors will also change. Some trains will now start and end at more northerly stations.
Also, the 5:19 pm train out of GCT to Wassaic will now run express to Brewster. It will no longer make stops from Goldens Bridge to Croton Falls. This will save about 8 minutes in travel time. There is a similiar change to a morning train out of Wassaic.
