It looks like Progress Rail has now entered the rebuild/new locomotive market. I heard and saw pictures of the two new locomotive offerings from Progress Rail are a rebuilt EX- Mopac SD40 and a EX-Norfolk Southern SD50,which Progress Rail has designated it as a PR43C. I am unsure what Progress Rail has designated the rebuilt SD40..
