I saw V36 on Train #304 this morning. This equipment will be used as Train #309 this evening

The real ownership thread to V36 is:
Amtrak 316 to
MBTA 316 (This unit was part of a contract compensation closeout between Amtrak
and the MBTA which included two EMD engine blocks).
The MBTA never used this unit and was finally sold to Titan Rail, Inc (dealer).
Titan Rail to VRE 36.

The V36 was not working this morning, so VRE had put V31 on the front of the train to pull it into Washington
