Dead train east of East Falls Church Metro

Came through on Rte 66 tonight and noticed an stopped, empty train with red lights on both ends on the eastbound track outside EFC station.

Anyone know what happened?

May have been one or both of the incidents reported in the Metrorail Service Information for Thursday, January 08, 2009 .

Doesn't seem to match either of the of those descriptions. This train was parked on the east bound track about 1 mile east (or less) of East Falls Church Station.

Though most likely this was related to the 9:21 incident.
