wow 10 mph over track speed, I believe were getting way off topic and some of these stories belong on the History(new York Central forum), were way before MNCR now.

Yes it is off-topic in a narrow sense and yes I could have posted this in the NYC Forum. I actually considered it. But what you fail to see, however, is there would be no context for it there. Here there is. Or at least was.
