Southern Pacific received the last built GP60 which was the January 1994 built number 9794. This locomotive, if captured by Union Pacific it would become UP 2092.

I believe it was Southern Pacific.

I see NS freights everyday coming into Oak Island Rail yard and seem to catch a freight with 3 or 4 GP60s all the time. NS uses the standard cab.

Santa Fe ordered two types of GP60s, one was the cabless B unit and the others were the GP60M which have the cab of a SD70M on it. Supposedly these units did not handle very well due to the over heavy front end on the North American Safty Cab (M)

Remember the GP60 is a 3800HP 4 axle Locomotive.
