"the Mule"just no longer used, its still sitting with the 2017 just north of the shop.
Built in New York Central days and even had a official locomotive number it did not have brakes and stopping was done by just reversing the traction motors, no handbrake either so wheelchocks needed to be used. it became absolete when the new wheeltrue machine was built and a track mobile was bought to move the cars.
