Does the CTA Subway system can support bidirectional signalling in all lines?

No. The Blue Line does; and, bidirectional signals are currently being added to the Red Line along part of its length. Not sure about other lines -- except I'd eat my hat if the Swift (Yellow Line) had bidirectional signals.

The yellow line does not have any visible signals on it's entire line (except around Howard yard, and station areas). Yellow line relies on cab signals.
