AMT Commuter Rail Roster
www.amt.qc.ca

I've been trying to compile a roster of my local commuter railroad's equipment, and based on days of railfaning at Gare Centrale and Lucien L'Allier, I've done my best to make one.

There's probably stuff missing, and I may get some of the numbers wrong, but it's a work in progress. :-D

102-105 = Hawkler Siddeley Control Cars (1967)
107-110 = Hawkler Siddeley Control Cars (1967)
200-204 = Hawkler Siddeley Control Cars (1967) *Modified for use at Gare Centrale

243,287,319,372,411 = EMD F40PH Locomotives *Used only on St. Hilaire Line

400-487 = MR-90 E.M.U. (Cabs, Motors and Coaches) for electrified route of Deux Montagnes. (1994-1995)

600-606 = HEP to Power Coaches

701-708 = Bombardier Comet II Control Cars (1989)
720-735 = Bombardier Comet II Coaches (1989)

900-901 = Canadian Vickers Control Cars (1969) *Currently being rebuilt
920-926 = Canadian Vickers Coaches (1969) *Currently being rebuilt

1036-1103 = Hawkler Siddeley Coaches (1967)
1201-1258 = Hawkler Siddeley Coaches *Modified for use at Gare Centrale

1310-1313 = EMD G9u Locomotive (1959) *Used only on Candiac Line
1320-1330 = EMD F59PHI Locomotive (2000-01)

2000-2003 = Bombardier Bi-Level Control Cars (2004)
2020-2037 = Bombardier Bi-Level Coaches (2004)

That's a pretty comprehensive list you have there. I compared it to the roster in the 2005 Canadian Trackside Guide and there doesn't seem to be any numbers wrong or missing.

One of the F40PH's regularly finds it's way onto a Lakeshore train usually with a set of H-S single level coaches... very much like an early GO train. The St-Hillaire line only has 3 trainsets, and uses 1 loco in reserve (4 in total), so I assume the last of the 5 is used as the reserve loco on CP lines.

And I'll throw in something else...around 2002-2003 (or there abouts), they leased Pullman Standard bilevels from Chicago's Metra.

Don't they also own some F-units? IIRC, one of them was the former CPR 4070, which was the lead unit of the train in that 70s movie "Silver Streak."

They OWNED F units, they're all gone now.
