The new timetable for VIA is effective today (October 30). The PDF version is available on VIA's web site.
As far as I can tell, there are no significant changes between Oct 29 and Oct 30, however, the updated files no longer show the Enterprise, which was discontinued on Sept 15, and include the replacement Kingston-Toronto trains 650/651/655.
