I don't know if they're talking out the switch to the siding for Plasmine, or upgrading it, or what.
If I had to bet money, I'd say that they're removing the siding. From property records, it was sold to Benjamin Construction in 2020, and is now being advertised for lease:

I guess Plasmine wasn't really telling the truth when then say that they looked forward to availing themselves of the unprecedented visibility into their supply chain through the ShipCSX platform that will enable them to track and manage their shipments with much greater precision and confidence.
Side note: that's why the support statements were hilarious. Their main plant is located on the M&M in Alabama, so presumably (taking their statement at face value) CSX acquiring a railroad over 1000 mi away was going to provide that final extra impetus to finally use ShipCSX. Of course, the cynic in me says they knew already knew that plant was going to close and they were currying favor and/or getting some incentive to support the deal.
