CSX 9969 is on W-003, a track geometry train at Newburgh, NY 3/21/2023. It was tying up there on an out of service track for the night. CSX 9969 has a long history, before it was sold to CSX, it was MARC 69, a GP40WH-2, before it was modified, it was MARC GP40 32. Before that, it was CR, PC and NYC 3051. Its 56 years old (built in July of 1967) and still earning its keep.
