I believe so, not including Waldwick salt, who stopped receiving cars for 4 years and restarted last year. Also not including Glen Rock Lumber, so stopped in 2009 and started up again in 2020.

Although, on the Newark Branch, back in 2013, they briefly shipped EPIC cars of contaminated soil for a few years out of the old Hoffman-LaRoche plant.
