Caught that train with #159/271 at 9:15 AM in Richmond Hill, it went past New Hyde Park at 9:57 AM. It went back westbound at 2:19 PM this afternoon with 36 mix cars.

NYA's 300 & 155 at Northport in the siding east of the station with five loaded center beam flatcars for Kleet Lumber in Huntington today, around 12:30pm.

2 MP15AC's with cars for Paraco were in AH siding yesterday afternoon, and seemed *very* tied up - not idling, powered down. First thing this morning Paraco was unloading LPG.

Anyone know the story here? Did the train spend the night in AH siding?

Where is AH siding?

AH is the Block Limit Station Near RverHead on the mainline(to Greenport)

AH is Calverton, by Edwards Ave crossing.

AH = bAiting Hollow, which was the original name of the town.

GP38-2's #261 and 268 seen last night at Posillico picking up empty stone cars at about 7:20 PM. Probably were going to pick loads from Coastal but I couldn't stick around.

261/268/159 left Coastal westbound with 29 loads of C&D about 8:45 PM last night. Coastal's tracks were pretty much emptied out except for what looked like two empties in the darkness. Funny thing I saw the outbound cars to CSX at 6:45 AM this morning and in addition to cov. hoppers and boxcars there was a long string of loaded C & D cars. Hmm...
