Likely, in view of comments I've made throughout this topic, one might think I'm the last person to state this for the record.

Trump, let him out.

He's suffered enough, he's a convicted felon, he cannot practice law, all that's left for him is the "book deal" and entertainment - and his lawyers certainly have a claim against most of that.

Quite honestly, I'm surprised Obama didn't "spring him" on the way out.

I'm not opposed to Blago getting out, but only with the provision that he, his wife and kids move to Idaho and never appear in front of a TV camera again.

Careful, though -- if he's pardoned, doesn't that mean he's no longer a convicted felon? What about commuting the sentence and letting the record stand?
