Where would one look to find employment as a MARC train conductor? I gave tried googling it without success. Even the Maryland DOT website has nothing for MARC. Could someone point me in the right direction, thanks.

Try RRB.gov. They have railroad job listings. Not sure about MARC, though. Are you sure they aren't operated under contract with Amtrak?

Look with Bombardier and Amtrak. Penn line trains are operated by Amtrak by agreement and use their crew boards. Camden and Brunswick trains on CSX tracks are operated by Bombardier under contract.
