I noticed Chicago-L.org lists it as being at STM, but the museum collection page only lists 6599 and 6600 under its Chicago collection.
Maybe the collection page hasn't been updated yet.

Seashore is a good place for CTA 1. It kind of fits in the collection with the SOAC cars.

Car 1 is still at GE in Erie. The Seashore board voted last month to accept it subject to the usual museum restrictions.

Car 1 arrived at Seashore today on a lowboy. It's missing some key pieces, but is in fair shape overall.
