Sorry; I typed the wrong date. It was last night. And nothing on Google. Per the FB report I saw, it was at CP272 Cedar St. west/south of the station.

I had my scanner on and it was pretty quiet other District G calling the trainmaster in New Haven about the 1E signal at CP272 being damaged.

Checking MTA.Info yesterday, I noticed no delays on service status.

I think there were only a few minor delays in the vicinity of the derailment. It was cleaned up before sunrise.

it was really a non event. Non revenue trains/late night/in the yard

there are phone boxes in the yard i suspect they got used. it did some down and mess up track assigments but nothing big
