Went by this morning and saw that the building had been painted, new landscaping and sprinklers were being installed. I aske one of the landscape guys what was going to occupy the site, but he didn't know. Managed to grab 2 quick phone shots, i don't know the train# of the westbound.

Pride Equipment is taking over that property

Thank You, a couple of the large roll up doors were open, and it looked like it was going to be used for something that needed a lot of space.

It also looks like the loading doors were removed/filled in that they used to line the box car doors up with.

That would be consistent with Pride using this as an equipment storage facility with no need for rail service. Their south of LIRR track location (ex-Islip Coal & Feed bunker) has no no rail service.
