Ok guys, who decided to find my beautiful pic of 407 while at Port Jeff on a cold day in March 1999! The horns when the DE/DM's were delivered were on the top in the center of the engine. If you are on a pedestrian overpass, or another overpass, notice the groove ditch on the center-right of the engine just in front of the exhaust fans in the back of the engine. That is where the horn was when new. Also to note, the horns also had the bug/snow cones in place at that time, and when they were relocated, the cones were taken off, with a different type of chime put in place to mellow out the horn.
