By now is only operating at 200 km/h, due to delays in the implementation of the signaling system required to operate safely at 350 km/h.

I'd love to ride on that route when they get speeds up to 350 km/hr! I wonder, though, why build a Talgo for dedicated ultra-high speed routes? The Talgo's tilt feature isn't really needed for a straight dedicated high speed right of way.
