I don't know a list but I can tell you theres on in Little Ferry, Newark and Port Jervis.

I believe that is also the last non-mechanized, timber built turntable of it's type IIRC.

Colorado Railroad Museum in Golden, just outside of Denver. It is an operable 'armstrong' turntable.
