This has been tied to another AP-wire article about BNSF buying up to 5,000 new tank cars
to replace some of the DOT-111 standard cars in crude service.
These cars will have thicker head shields,tank built out of thicker metal, better protected valves,inlets, and outlets,
with a pressure relief valve as well.
