NRE GS14B

Hi ,
just found two pictures of the brandnew NRE GS14B , NREX 2007, at the internet. Who knows more about it ?

Well the frames are made by NRE and they look like some little European switcher.

I am in need of full drawings NRE GenSet center cab / upy #2005, could anyone help? I do have the other Genset loco drawings..
