Where in Pa is this operation? How far from Scranton?
When do they operate?

The operation is on the former Northampton and Bath trackage in Northampton, which is just north of Allentown PA (or a little more than an hour from Scranton). As for when they operate, no one I know has an idea. They used to park an engine by a truck dealer on one of the roads through town (can't remember the name) but that was several years ago.

Railroad owned and operated by Horwith Trucks / Horwith Trucking / etc.

Nobody I knows can gauge their operation either. Believe it runs mid late morining to early afternoon, a few times a week.

Almost forgot, they recently bought/leased a C420 from the DL that has since been repainted into a blue or black scheme.

The NDC Yahoo group is great.

The C420 has been repainted and lettered for NDC.

Caught the NDC today running from inside their complex to their yard. (It sounds a lot further than it really is). Anyway, reliable sources indicate that they are moving between 30 and 40 cars per day out of there so it sounds as though operations are pretty frequent. We saw them at around 415 or 430. Either way the light was just about gone by then.
