CN SD40-3 6027(yes, I said SD40-3, the official designation for these units as per the paperwork on the locomotive) has now been equipped for beltpack operation. It's currently working the West Vancouver(ex-BC Rail North Vancouver) yard with GP9RM 7216 and slug 239. First 6000 that I've ever seen modified for beltpack operations.

Saw that when it came into the Thornton shop for it's sort-of inspection. It's got the GE Locotrol remote control system on it, not the Canac one. Haven't seen the controllers for it kicking around yet though...
