High School Project Help

I am tring to help my brother with his High School Project... Hes is starting a Busness and his is a Class 1 RailRoad but we have to show time that goes in to training employees... The thing im haveing a hard time is im tring to make a licence and certificates to show what enginners and conductors have to have to work for the rail road....We have everything but this.. So my question is can some one help me are show me a web page of what one these things look like...

We don't have licences at CN... just an employee pass, which looks just like an employee pass would at any other employer - a picture, the name, and "CN Rail" on it.
