I'm at the Lancaster airport and I'm looking up at a china Eastern 777 heading towards Peking. I look down and I see a Kansas City southern locomotive in the lead of a tank train moving east.

Time of passing is 5:30. March 21st.

Not enough time to get a picture.

Having foreign power leading an oil or alcohol train is not unusual at all. Although not the most common of the foreign units like lead those trains, KCS units do put in appearances.

Agreed. While not common, KCS power does come to NY on both CSX and NS at times.
