If you have the choice of using a Jersey address or Selkirk I would suggest using the Jersey one to have a better shot at being assigned to Oak Island. This way you will get paid to qualify on the territory. Once you are qualified on the River-line you could bump up to Selkirk and work Selkirk South if you want, and if you can hold it seniority-wise.
