Not sure if I have this under the right area, but here is my question :)

There appears to be several issues of Electric Railway Journals scanned in by some University, Google has them. I see July-Dec 1901 scanned in, I am seeking Jan-Jun 1901 Electric Railway Journal. Anyone know if this has been scanned in by anyone?

I believe that, at that time, it was still the"Street Railway Journal" so.
That might be a more successful search.
